In the last couple of years, I have embraced journalling as a mindfulness practice and it has been a dream of mine to create a special place for you to begin or continue your journey of self discovery and creativity. 

This A5 notebook is spiral bound for you to easily write, draw and colour your dreams, creative ideas, musings and all your hearts desires. The pages are made of thick 100gsm uncoated paper - perfect for sketching and writing. The left side is blank while the right side is lined. In the beginning, you will find a few pages of inspiration including journal and drawing prompts. Scattered throughout are 10 x colouring pages for when you need some mindless mindfulness.
